Constance Smith joined the Unit in 1988. She received the Rookie of the Year award that same year. She has been an active member for many years and has participated in many details including parades and security details. Her present mount, Rogue, is a 2 year old percheron-tennessee walker cross. Rogue participated in her first detail this summer and has been doing very well. |
